Richmond Hill Toyota is seeking a Loyalty Advisor to join our Service Drive Exchange Program.
This role works directly within the Service Drive, engaging existing service customers through a structured, no-pressure vehicle exchange process. The Loyalty Advisor provides complimentary vehicle appraisals, identifies equity and upgrade opportunities, and presents options while customers are already in for service.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a process-driven customer retention position focused on relationship-building, data-driven insights, and compliant, consultative conversations—without high-pressure selling.
The Loyalty Advisor is a member of our Loyalty Team, reporting into the Used Vehicle Department, and plays a key role in retaining customers, increasing trade volume, and supporting used vehicle acquisition. This role is designed to be non-disruptive to Service operations, protecting Customer Experience, Service Productivity, and Dealership Reputation.
What You'll Do:
- Review daily service appointments to identify high-potential exchange opportunities
- Conduct complimentary vehicle appraisals during service visits
- Present low-pressure, payment-based exchange options
- Coordinate and book appointments with Sales Management
- Maintain accurate CRM and appraisal documentation
- Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and Sales Managers
- Ensure full OMVIC compliance at all times
What You Bring:
- Valid OMVIC Salesperson License (required)
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Comfort using CRM, DMS, and appraisal tools
- Professional, consultative demeanor
- Dealership experience (sales, appraisals, or renewals preferred)
- Ability to work seamlessly within Service and Sales operations
